STEP 2. Place your order by Thursday, 11:59pm (EST)
STEP 3. Order is delivered/shipped the following Monday & Tuesday
STEP 4. Refrigerate or Freeze your broth when received
STEP 5. Enjoy your broth!
Broth Bar bone broth is perishable and delivered frozen. Once delivered, you need to remove your broth and keep it refrigerated or frozen. Do not let your package sit around.

Currently, we only service the zip codes illustrated below. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please join our newsletter to get updated on additional delivery days and locations.
Local Delivery is FREE, but you must order a minimum of $30. Delivery is also free for Broth Bar Subscription members.

Broth Bar Delivery outside NYC
We currently only deliver to locations with next day delivery using UPS Ground. This generally covers most of the Northeast Coast from MA down to MD.

Residential Shipping
We only deliver to complete addresses with telephone numbers. Please only request delivery to residential addresses and not office buildings as delivery may arrive beyond or towards the end of regular business hours. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses. Please check your delivery address carefully! We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery has to re-route the package delaying time of delivery.
Temperature Control
Broth Bar bone broth is perishable and delivered frozen in an insulated liner with
frozen Gel Packs or
Dry Ice depending on delivery duration and should be removed from the shipping package once received and refrigerated or frozen. If your broth arrives partially thawed, it is ok and has still stayed at a safe temperature. Although usually ok for several hours after delivery, Broth Bar does not guarantee the condition of the merchandise after delivery has been made and encourages customers to promptly care for their packages.
Dry ice needs to be specially handled and stored/disposed if there is any remaining in the shipping package.

Refunds/Replacements
If for any reason your broth arrives completely thawed, or if you have any concerns about the condition of your broth, please do not use it and first
Contact Us. We offer full refunds/replacements but Broth Bar reserves the right to limit or refuse any refunds/replacements if your package is not opened timely or if an address error is made delaying delivery.
